MOLÉCULE-R Flavors is a Montreal-based company founded in 2009 by two young gourmet entrepreneurs hungry for culinary innovations. The company aims to make a wide range of products and applications taken from molecular gastronomy accessible to amateur and professional cooks.

About the Cuisine R-ÉVOLUTION Kit

On September 17th, 2010, MOLECULE-R Flavors launches its first flagship product, the Cuisine R-ÉVOLUTION kit. This product is intended to democratize molecular gastronomy by making products and techniques associated with it available to amateur cooks.

In recent years, molecular gastronomy has revolutionized the world of haute cuisine by pushing back the boundaries of creativity. Up to now, creating avant-garde dishes was reserved for a small culinary elite as amateur cooks simply did not have access to this type of products.

“Many great chefs have been using the same seaweeds and texturing agents as those included in our Cuisine R-ÉVOLUTION kit for more than a decade. Our innovation is more a question of making things available and accessible to the public at large“, explained Jonathan Coutu, President of MOLÉCULE-R Flavors.

A DVD of short video clips gives a step by step overview of the process to complete fifty recipes. The Cuisine R-ÉVOLUTION kit also contains five food additives and five essential tools; everything you need to impress your friends and family!

About The Cocktail R-ÉVOLUTION Kit

On April 14th, 2011 MOLÉCULE-R Flavors Inc. was pleased to announce the launch of its second molecular gastronomy kit, Cocktail R-ÉVOLUTION.

Many iconic chefs specialized in molecular gastronomy are now turning to the world of mixology to bring their culinary creativity to the next level.  Following this trend, MOLÉCULE-R’s latest kit allows cocktail lovers to replicate a whole new range of modernist drinks at home.

“Most of the techniques explored in our first kit can also be applied to the world of mixology.  All cocktail lovers now have everything they need to reinvent their favourite drinks!”  explained Jonathan Coutu, President of MOLÉCULE-R Flavors.

The Cocktail R-ÉVOLUTION kit includes five texturing agents, all necessary tools and a 30-recipe trilingual DVD.
